Terms/Cancellations

Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any of our services, which include spray tanning, laser hair removal, and content creation. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. *Deposits & Payments*

  • A *non-refundable deposit* is required at the time of booking for all services, including spray tanning, laser hair removal, and content creation.

  • For *content creation services, the full payment is due 3 months before the scheduled event*. Failure to make the payment within this time frame may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. *Cancellations & Rescheduling*

  • *Deposits are non-refundable*, but we do allow rescheduling of appointments for tanning and laser hair removal with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

  • For *content creation* services, cancellations within 3 months of the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

3. *Service Policy*

  • For *spray tanning and laser hair removal*, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and repeated lateness may lead to a cancellation with no refund of the deposit.

4. *Content Creation Delivery*

  • For weddings, cooperate events, our *24-hour turnaround* means you will receive unedited photos and videos, plus any professionally edited highlight reels, within 24 hours of the event, as per the package selected.

5. *Client Responsibilities*

  • It is the client’s responsibility to follow any pre-treatment or pre-event guidelines provided for spray tanning, laser hair removal, or content creation services.

  • For content creation services, it is essential that all required information and details are communicated in advance to ensure smooth delivery.

6. *Liability*

  • Bare Faced is not liable for any adverse reactions to treatments if pre-treatment instructions are not followed.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control or unexpected changes to the event schedule.
